I've bought 2 vehicles on Ebay, from dealers with 99.9% positive feedback, and been very happy with both the vehicles.
My only hesitation about a RV on Ebay, is that there are so many more systems to go wrong than on "just" a car. Of course the running parts of the vehicle are the most expensive functional parts of a RV, and much of the RV stuff I can DIY pretty readily.
