I have learned that there is a LOT of margin in most dealer's used RV prices. And they know that buyers are looking at the NADA numbers. They will tell you that the NADA numbers are meaningless, but you should not believe it. This is a bad time of year, even as far south as AR. Most people have winterized their RVs, the season is over, Christmas spending is coming, nobody is buying but you. Offer them $17K or so; drag your feet and try to hold out for $20K. I bet you can get it for that. FOR SURE don't pay the asking price.
