It's easy, or at least I think it is.
The toilet is secured to the flange around the discharge pipe by two bolts. In between the flange and the toilet is a rubber seal. You can reuse the old one or replace it with a new, which I would recommend. The toilet lifts straight up.
The water supply line should be somewhat generic. You may have to change some fittings or replace with a longer or shorter flexible line, but that should be obvious.
