For my replacement the connections were the same.
Where the water connected was different. The Aqua Magic II water connection is higher up on the toilet. I had slack in my water line but I was still about an inch short of making the connection. I had the high profile Aqua Magic V and replaced with another high profile toilet. I can't say for sure but you may have enough hose to reach the connection on a low profile toilet.
Or, if you install a shut off valve you can add length to you hose or just replace the hose as I did.
