How many cubic feet of air does my 16" tire hold?

I used a 100 CuFt Scuba tank to sandblast an area on the bottom of my airplane so topping off that small of a tire will not change the pressure enough to read the difference. Unless you have a large regulator and 5/8" hose you will not have much luck with an impact except in short bursts.
