I've gone just over 400 miles a couple of times and really don't like to do that, unless I have to.
My max is more in the 350 range. After that, I really start getting irritable and tired. It's not like driving a car. You are much more focused, and while driving 60-65 is what most of us do, everyone around you are doing 75-80... so you are constantly watching, looking, reacting etc...
It can be a grind...
