How many of you simply don't bother with hookups?

Once in awhile we will not hook up to sewer on a short overnight, but usually we will as we do wash pretty much every day. We have a sani-con and it takes perhaps 1 minute to do it. We hook up to water normally as we only carry 30% water in our tank unless we plan to boondock, as I can't see carrying an extra 700-800 pounds. All in all what are you saving by not hooking up, 5 minutes? Just curious.
