The hitch has been rebuilt by my brother who is a fabricator including on heavy equipment and it was built stronger than what many contractors pull their backhoes with. What are you towing and with what?
Please provide the year of the F53 chassis you are on. I don't believe for an instant that it has a rating allowing a 10,000 pound trailer. The ratings I provided are for current year chassis and I believe they exceed all previous year ratings. If you provide the year of the chassis the capacity can easily be identified. Additionally, your brother may be a great fabricator, but can in no way modify the rating of your hitch. Sorry, these are just the simple facts.
