How to remove Captain's Chair pedestal from floor of RV

I need to remove the Computer Desk Captain's Chair pedestal that's bolted to the floor of our 1999 American Eagle. Getting the chair itself out is no problem. Just 4 small bolts. Done it before. ...

It is most likely bolted through the fllor with washers and nuts. in the compartment under the chair.
