How to remove Captain's Chair pedestal from floor of RV

I need to remove the Computer Desk Captain's Chair pedestal that's bolted to the floor of our 1999 American Eagle. Getting the chair itself out is no problem. Just 4 small bolts. Done it before. ...

On my coach the nuts were welded on the underside so everything could be done from the top. Good luck with your recovery. I had L4,L5, S1 fused and the recovery takes a few months. I had replaced my captains chairs before the surgery.
