The B class rv with a few exceptions, is designed for two people. Even if you can swivel the front captains chair and make a bed it is only survivable for the odd occasion and not for too long either. Our PW Plateau TS ia very comfortable and big enough for the two of us plus the pooch, who hogs the bed anyway. If I had a teen regularly travelling with us I would consider a small C Class, regardless of the fiberglas sides and make sure it had a bunk bed at least up front. The Thor Axis is one such machine.
