We went and looked at some this weekend. So far Roadtrek is our favorite. The Trevato is definitely out. But we decided to hold off for now. When I started thinking of any savings we may have, it went out the window...lol I would be trading in $100k worht of vehicles (Class C and SUV) for a $100k (roughlt) RV/2nd vehicle. No savings in yearly taxes and more than loike not much savings in insurance. If any, it would not be enough to make a difference for us. The gas savings whuile traveling would be there, but this would be a 2nd vehicle and it would get less than the SUV. We will probablty wait until the kid is ouit of the house and then revisit it again. Then we won't have to worry about the 3rd bed and will have many more options.
