On our Dynasty's, we have HWH slides and Power Gear leveling. Once, I had a right rear airbag that didn't fill up when hitting the 'travel' button.

So, I manually lowered the whole coach releasing all the air out and then hit travel, it has leveled normally ever since. I know that you are talking about your front air bag when on manual.

I think I would still try the same procedure, hit the 'lower all' button and then try and fill the front right.

fyi...........had to have cummins replace the air compressor coolant lines. Now on this one, I am able to force ride height to entire coach. When I press manual mode, you can hear right front valve must be stuck open as you can hear air dump. Will post what I find.
