Did you click the 2 links I posted? One is your system manual if you have the 400 and the other is ALL the HWH systems. If you do NOT see your system on the link showing all systems, then you do not have an HWH system. Doug
Yes Doug, I want to thank you, it was the first one. I now have to find out what is wrong and how to fix it, (if it can). The 400 model. It has two of the yellow lights on and never says it has full retracted the gear. It worked until I tried it a couple of days ago. I turned it on and didn't know the battery was low. Hope I didn't kill it. Thanks all who helped.
