Retract everything, then check fluid level in the hydraulic resivoir
If the resivoir is full
You have leaky valves for those Jack's, the valves are on the manifold at the pump
If low you have Jack's that are leaking fluid
If so you should be able to find red ATF fluid on the Piston or fitting that is leaking
