HWH leveling problems

the blinking light is called a link light. you should have one on the touch panel, and led 39 on the control box also should be blinking.
go to the hwh website and download a service manual for the 625S system. there is a wiring diagram for the control box, touch pad, and the rest of the wiring harnesses.
if you are not getting a ground signal on the 9000 wire, it may not be the control box. do the diagnosis first. dont replace any parts without being sure you need them.

I've read everything HWH has to offer. No fix other than replacing the control board.

My awning and slide outs work just fine. They too have a link to the parking brake. I'm guessing it's the control board for the leveling jacks.

I was hoping someone on this site might know how to bypass the link to the parking brake so I can level the coach. Then I will get a new control board if needed.

Do NOT have him work on your system. HWH has NO such reset procedure. Doug

I can't figure this problem out..... I called a local roving repair guy and he says to reset the control panel. It doesn't have a reset button front or back. He also says you can turn the ignition key on and push the touch panel buttons in a specific way to reset the panel.

I've finally figure out thru HWH schematics that I have the 625S leveling system. What a pain just to figure that one out. No data in all of my manuals that would help me identify it.

All of the testing and information I've gained, says it's the wire labelled 9000 on the 12 pin connector on the back of the controller. I will disconnect it tomorrow and install a temporary ground to the 7th pin. If the LED #35 comes on, I know it's either the connection, wire or the parking brake switch.

I'll post my findings when completed.

It may be a bad control board. The board gets the input from everything and sends the signal out to accomplish the leveling. It could be just one thing thats wrong but the whole board may have to be replaced to fix it. Something like that happened to me. The aux compressor was not coming on to supply air to the suspension. It worked with engine running to supply the air. No engine no air no 12 volts to the compressor to tell it to turn on.

Yes, I have a Workhorse chassis. Any suggestions on where the disconnect between the brake and the controller?

Blown fuse in controll panel? Bad ground.
