HWH Levelers

2003 Challenger 347 with HWH 210 Series levelers. Single action spring retracted pistons. Have to pry the fronts up, but they will go down with authority and am able to level the rig. Once asked to retract, they will allow the rig to settle back on its springs but not pull up. No obvious damage to pistons, clean and shiny and straight. All springs appear intact. Rear work ok. Anyone with any experience with this system can offer advise? Many thanks, zz03

EDIT should have said, been to HWH site, nothing going on there on the weekend but have put in support request.

Mine will do this on periodically. I extend them all the way and spray with silicone spray then retract them. Some times I have to wiggle the foot back and forth to retract it. As Doug has posted many times the seals need to be replace but at 21 years old I will continue to spray them once a year until I sell it.
