Yeah, it's sort of hard to answer questions with no more details than you've given. If you detailed answers, please give us some details with your question. Your signature is blank. Many of us show our home location, the year, brand and model of our RV and often some other information that tells you something of ourselves. Your's is blank. Ideally, if we knew the brand and year of your leveler system there are folks reading your post that have run across the same issue with those levelers. If you don't know anything about the levelers, surely you could share the year, brand, model and length of your MH (I'm guessing you're asking about a motorhome).

there should be a solenoid valve for that jack. you need to release the pressure by opening that valve. once you do that you should be able to pry it up. check your owner's manual fir the solenoid location.
