Will be heading from Florida to Michigan via I 75 on Saturday the 21st, wondering what the conditions will be like through Tennessee and Kentucky. Looks like we might have some freezing rain but wonder how the locals think the freeways will be?

We're going into deep cold again tonight (my kids school just closed for tomorrow), as much as weather predictions are just guesses, they are saying it's going to stick around until the end of the month.If you do head up, please fill your rig with as much sun and warmth as you can :)Safe travels

I live 17 miles south of exit 29 on Interstate 75 In Southeastern Ky.Earlier this week we had a major snow fall (for this area) and The interstate while not closed looked like a Ice rink. By today everything is back up running normal with no more snowfall predicted in the next few days so you should be safe traveling this wayThis Link I 75 Cameras will give you a real time view of the road and traffic conditions.No snow is being given for my area the next few days but record breaking cold is being given.

Thanks 96 bounder, just what I was looking for! We are in our car and not our rig. Still working so I don't have the option of staying too much longer. Really would like to travel on Saturday but don't want to be imprudent.
