I am in the Cities area and I wholeheartedly advise you to avoid Shorewood RV in Ramsey (northwest side of metro) at all costs. My mom bought her RV there and has service done by them. I am not impressed. I also considered buying from them, but when they flat-out lied to me (told me document fees on the invoice paid state patrol fees, seriously guys!). I used to sell motorcycles and I know that is a load of phooey!
I don't know much about Pleasureland in Ramsey (just down the street from Shorewood RV), so I can't say good or bad. Their sales guy seems okay, but that's not a good indicator of service dept guys.
Hilltop RV in Fridley (also north side) seems okay sales guy-wise, but I am only buying a car dolly from them. I am buying my own rv from a private seller, whom I know.
I know there is an RV dealer on the south end of town (Shakopee), but I don't know much about them, other than they seem to handle TT's more than motorized units.
