Update: Someone sent me a PM today so I should reply to everyone kind enough to help with advice. We purchased the unit, 2375 miles to drive home. Everything is exactly as stated

great coach. Two trips already camping on the beach, one on Camp Pendleton marine base and one we just returned from this morning in Ventura. Now after a nice soapy bath

for the coach it will go to the rear yard until next trip.
