- 93mastercraftExplorerI just wanted to write a quick update. I am still waiting on Thor. Apparently there is some paper work that needs to happen before they can give me a firm date. I have been told this Palazzo has been built. It is a matter of getting it to Thor's service center. Nothing has been provided to me in writing. I know the weather is not helping the situation. Thor apparently has been closed for several days during the harsh Indiana winter.
Since the OP has not come back to the thread I am going to close pending a request from OP to re open..JohnnyT Moderator - HHg_in_AustinExplorerYeah......and I was also an idiot for buying a Four Winds Serrano.....truly a POS ! Four Winds/Thor.....hmmmmm. I was smart enough to get rid of that Serrano the first chance I got.

- bullydogs1ExplorerBased upon what I see, it looks like the OP is going to made whole by Thor and CW combined...I sure hope that's how it turns out and despite many bad circumstances and just plain bad luck, it looks like there is a happy ending to this saga...that's points for both in my book which will be considered by me in the future.

When making a major purchase such as a motorhome and then having the major difficulties you encountered with your purchase it is very encouraging to know that both the manufacturer (Thor) and the distributer/dealer (Camping World) have backed their integrity by replacing the defective product. This both satisfies you and the buying public, their future customers.
I have followed this post for a while now and I believe that you have used a level head and received a gratifying response.
Job well done by all parties involved.

The Thor South East District Sales Manager and our local CW GM have bent over backwards in every direction to help us. This has been a VERY difficult situation for everyone involved. We thought this fiasco was about to come to a close this week. However this could be a blessing in disguise. - alemarExplorerCongratulations!!!
