If you go this method, I would then cycle the ice maker to open the tube for complete draining.

When winterizing the MH I just leave the ice maker on until I get pink slush. I can't get good access to the back of it to jump the solenoid as the owners manual states.

we have an ice maker however I disconnected it and we purchased an ice maker from wal mart for 99.00 and it makes ice every 6 minutes, we bag it up and store it in the freezer. When the ice maker is not needed we move it into a storage bay. Thought about just plugging it in under the coach and leaving it there. Its small enough to fit next to our coffee maker.

either remove the icemaker or winterize it.
while you still have your siphon hose in the antifreeze, (check the solenoid to determine 12 volts or 120 volts) then make a jumper wire with 2 ends that will fit over a spade. Unhook the wires from the solenoid, plug in the jumper wire and plug the other end of the jumper in to the appropriate power source. (either the 110 receptacle or a 12 volt battery ETC) Let run for a few seconds then go empty the ice tray (if pink) Unplug everything, re-plug original -DONE

Company? Spend a buck and buy a bag of ice. You most likley have a small cooler already......

2 bucks minimum usually for ice. I use one per day.
