My wife and I have a deal about this. She takes care of the inside (which includes loading and unloading clothes) and I take care of the outside of the MH. She keeps spare cloths in the MH all the time so less packing and unpacking is required. However, if she takes extra stuff, she loads and unloads. Has worked great for us for many years.
