I may take more clothes than I need (no dresses or skirts) and nearly always pack more food than necessary but when my husband was alive and we fulltimed in our DP, he would take enough tools to stock a service garage. (A circular saw? Why would we need a circular saw?) But we put up with each other's idiosyncratic behaviors and now I camp alone and miss him--tools and all.
