Since Television went digital quality is the same so long as the signal can be captured. It is rather similar to a light switch. When the switch is on--there is light. When it is off, there is no light.
Back in the analog days quality varied with the inverse square law. A great antenna would improve both range and quality. With digital--only the range is an issue.
