Hi bycrackey,
If the battery is bad enough the converter voltage can sag below what is needed for the furnace fan to spin fast enough to activate the sail switch.
If the disconnect switch is off and there are lots of 12 volt draws on the system, again the voltage could possibly be too low.
You, my friend, need to think a little bit before you push the send button.

how in the ell would the fans be blowing if the batterys were dead or the 12V switch is off never mind interior lites etc? so one has to realize the batt is ok if one knows how these systems work PLUS hes plugged into shore power
