Furnace blows cool air both at start and end of it's cycle, since the air intake is INSIDE the RV it should be heating the bays, just not as well as normal.
You could have a burner or regulator issue, regulator issues will affect the stove.
The one thing you do NOT have is air in the lines.. that simply can not happen on your system. I am always amazed when folks come up with that old myth.
