In my experience, it does not matter if it is an RV or a pickup pulling a 12' utility trailer.
There is just something about the vehicles behind you that HAVE to get around you.
I drive on a lot of two lane roads. Even if I am driving 4-5 mph over the speed limit, the car behind me HAS to find that opening to pass and then duck back in front of me.
Personally, I like to "drive" several hundred feet in front of my windshield and do not like being stuck behind a large vehicle blocking my view. But only if the vehicle is not driving the posted speed limit.
