Well, it's been stated already but, if this is truly your first time at RVing, I too would recommend taking a hard look as some good used units. New is always nice but, this most likely would not be the first thing you've ever bought new and, you've realized depreciation before. And, there's some serious depreciation on any motor home so, that's just something to think about.
Now, You can also drop back a couple to say, four to five years old and pick up a really nice unit that will have some real low mileage, have hopefully had all or most of the "bugs" taken care of too. And, you'd get an upgraded unit from what you're thinking about right now. I'd cruised into a couple of RV shows an check out all the used units and see what's available. Good luck.
