Inspection in Phoenix?
Does anyone know a real good mechanical inspector in this area I can hire to check on a 2011 Thor Damon Astoria coach?

You might try one of the mobile rv repair services to see if they do this if you can't find an inspector. I have used Jeff at http://fixmyrvaz.com for various services, does a good job.
