Installed new batteries , CAT diesel won't fire at all ??

I installed two new Interstate 950 cca starting batteries in my 3126 CAT diesel and it turns over fine but won't fire at all . I have opened the water separator filter and drained fuel ,,looks fin...

I did say the engine turned over fine after the new batteries went in . Pay more attention to the question .
Some people always have an opinion .
