Installed Roadmaster Reflex RSSC, have question??

When installing, it said to mount bracket to drag link and twist drag link clockwise. Is that up or down? When I twist it up, it almost touches the strap holding up the lower radiator hose. Is the...

I watched the You Tube video on the installation and saw nothing about the drag link. They just tightened the bolt on the RSSC to the bracket and attached the bracket to the arm. Torqued and job done..
