The P30 front coil air bags were not to "raise" the front end. They are Chevy OEM required equipment to RAISE the front carrying capacity and keep the front end suspension in correct alignment. They are not there for ride comfort. IF your front end is too low in front, you may have weak coil springs also. You do not have to raise the front to inflate the new bags. You WILL need to get the front end up higher to change the bags. Doug
