Intellitec Battery Disconnect Location? :SOLVED (I Think!)

As the title states, where is the dang thing typically located? It does not appear to be somewhere obvious.

ON EDIT: Appears that it is INSIDE the Itellitec Control Module (or whatever it is called). Looks like a whole lot of fun to take apart and troubleshoot.
