Interior wall replacement, ideas?

Good afternoon,

I have a 2005 Sunseeker forester that has a weak / extremely loose wall panel... thinking of replacing it. (I'm installing solar and can take advantage of the wall being down to "properly" run the 10awg through the wall vs all the way down the fridge back area)

Here's the wall i'm talking about (not the actual rv, but 1:1 floor plan around fridge / door)



Thinking of thinish birch... anyone do anything similar and can offer up advice?
