Intermittent front end banging on the left side

Replaced worn bushings with poly bushings 6 years ago still looks good. Shock bushings look good also. Re tightened steer safe this morning drove 40 miles and no noise. Then it started intermittent again. Has anyone had this noise with weak springs on the HWH kickdown jacks? I'm reaching for ideas.
