You should not see any play in the tie rod ends, so even tho they may not be making noise, they probably should be replaced.
It is not that difficult to remove the springs from your SteerSafe and take it for a drive. This way you can reinstall the springs later and look elsewhere or isolate them to see if they are your problem.
Taking your coach to a truck service facility will confuse most truck mechanics. They probably have never seen a SteerSafe and will focus on it as your problem.
It will cost you nothing to remove the springs yourself, without changing any of the adjustments.
