Intermittent front end banging on the left side

Just when you think you have problems I see a 5th wheel and truck overturned on I 80 just over the Iowa border. The truck was totaled but the people looked OK. I just checked my sway bar bushings and bolts they were tight and were replaced with poly bushings in 2007. Could anything in the wheel make this intermittent noise?
