I think I have finally figured out this noise. When I went to remove the springs and began to loosed the end nut I noticed there was a gap between the lock nut and the yellow pivot bracket , as I continued to loosen the nut all of a sudden the spring would spring the eye bolt in causing a noise and vibration. What was happening was the treads were hanging up then releasing suddenly every 1/8 in or so. I back off the nut all the way but there was still tension on the spring so I did not remove it instead tighten it all the way so the threads could not hang up. Will we if this works or not.
