When I went to remove the springs and began to loosed the end nut I noticed there was a gap between the lock nut and the yellow pivot bracket , as I continued to loosen the nut all of a sudden the spring would spring the eye bolt in causing a noise and vibration. What was happening was the treads were hanging up then releasing suddenly every 1/8 in or so. I back off the nut all the way but there was still tension on the spring so I did not remove it instead tighten it all the way so the threads could not hang up. Will we if this works or not.
Hopefully that will solve your problem. It may require you to readjust it so it keeps the wheel centered while going down the road.
