Thanks for posting the build dates. Yep, two pumps, at least one filter, and a filter/strainer or two.
Seems from your first post, that the external high pressure pump, and the fuel filter, were already replaced. Now, you have a new low pressure in-tank pump and strainer. In my opinion, that'll do it.
Could be the ignition module, but you have that covered too. I'd keep the used module as a spare.
It "might" have been possible to put an external LOW pressure pump between tank and high pressure pump. Back when the Fords had carburetors, you could pull fuel through a failed low pressure pump. I don't know if the low pressure pumps feeding high pressure pumps were like that or not. You're doing the right thing.
