Inverter making shunt type noise, like stuck relay?

Notice a sound coming from my inverter ever so often, but regularly. Like a quick bumping noise. Found all batteries low on water. Last checked over a month ago. Any idea what's causing the inverter ...

Got a Costco Card. They sell batteries and will install them. I've tried all different kinds of batteries because we have a Class 8 truck tractors, diesel pickups, ATV, mowers, a bass boat and a RV. We found that Interstate batteries last as long dollar wise. Just but the highest Amp Hour battery that will fit in the box. Read this and you will know more than the ordinary RV owner
