Lets see you live in Iowa but do not want to pay Iowa Taxes so where is the roll over.
Kind of like having toll roads and a gas tax with adding sales tax to make nonresidents pay an unfair share just for passing through. A real example of not being able to live with in your means. We avoid those states as best as possible, buy as little fuel as possible, and try never to eat or stay for any period of time.
