The article is dead wrong! People (regardless of financial position or status), are going to invest their money and time to whatever they think is most important to them. Unfortunately, some think being consumed by alcohol, going to wild parties, or gambling and spending every last penny there is the most important! They will never own a motor home. Someone else may feel investing in stocks for their future is the most important and will put their money there. They will never own a motor home either. Someone else will build a massive house (some not so massive) and invest all their money and time there. They will never own a motor home. Someone else, will spend every waking minute with family, kids, grandkids. To them, this is the most important way to spend their time (not necessarily money), they will not ever own a motor home either. Some are so tied to their employment, they'd rather be at work than home with family! For them time is money. And any time not making money is a waste. The are addicted to what's most important to them... making money! The list can go on and on.
The bottom line is, those of us who own RV's and MH's have decided this way of life and the "hardware" that makes it possible is pretty important to us. So we do what is most important to us, regardless of the cost. Some are fortunate to pay cash, others do it on credit. That doesn't matter. We're investing our time and money into what makes us "tick!" It's that simple.... rich or "not so rich", does not matter... because in the end, it's really a matter of the "will"! What do you REALLY want to do to spend your TIME on and where do you REALLY want to spend your money doing IT ... That's the motivation and the evidence of what's most important in anyone's life!
