Been there twice and hope to return next year. I consider it one of the "Must Attend" only not for a day.. Go for at least a week.
Most of the time in QZ if you go a couple miles south of "Town" and stand off to the side of the road you can turn around and think about the old joke...
A Texan visiting Arizona for the first time was ask what he thought of it.
He sorta of scratched his head and then said "Well.. It's the only place I've ever been where I can watch my dog run away from home..... For 3 days"
You will see. Miles of well. Miles.
Last half of January.. Miles of RV's and speeds going into town.. You walk faster (I know a back road route I can use going INTO town, but returning I need to stick to the main.. not a problem)
I'd recommend it, at least once.
