I did have issues with the full wall slide on my Palazzo but I believe that the problem was due to poor installation. I could see that only the very tips of the teeth on the rack were wearing. After they failed Thor put in new racks with large shims under them and I don't seem to have the wear issue any more. Thor does seem to rush construction and I have found several issues related to that but if the slide holds together I will be satisfied with the coach.
It is ironic that when I mention some of the issues to Thor they repeat the mantra that they have to cut some corners to hit the price target but yet every Palazzo I have seen on the lot had every available option. From this it seems to me that the customers are not that sensitive to price. At least on this forum we are much more concerned about quality. Maybe Thor should make better quality an option.
