2. Check all plumbing from filter box to turbo, if there are any rubber boots make sure they are not soft. As you’re building boost they can suck closed.
3. If you have someone with you that you trust you can check for a boost leak.
Chock the wheels, hold the brakes down put it in gear and slowly start giving it some throttle. You will either hear the turbo start whistling or you’re going to hear a boost leak, pretty much it’s going to sound like a low sssshhhhhh sound.
4. Could be turbo going or if it has an internal wastegate,that could be stuck open which would not be so easy to figure out without pulling things apart.
I see you said you were in Jersey, are you from Jersey or just passed thru?
