is nexus extreme quality class c?
as we look for a small motor home I feel from what ive seen the nexus 23p is our best bet for not having a leak in roof and front cap. we have considered class b and feel the price is high for the roo...

Double ditto. The Phoenix Cruiser is well constructed against leaks and has a more manageable price tag IMO.

There is a difference between Nexus and Phoenix. Nexus is 100% Adzel sidewall. Phoenix is, per the brochure, vacuum bonded laminate. Those two methods do not have the same risk profile in the event of a leak.
