Admittedly I am not in a good position to evaluate the construction of a Nexus as I have not seen one in person. I only observed it from web pictures seeing the Nexus rear wall and cab-over constructed the same as an entry level Coachman with exception to their partial frontal cab-over bucket. I also thought the fiberglass roofing did "not" roll over the edges to the sides, but was corrected by someone else. The pictures I had seen "appeared" there was no roll-over.
Sorry for any misrepresentation. It would be good to see close-up pictures of all joints of adjacent wall and roof panels.
I can't argue when comparing prices. A 24 foot Phoneix Cruiser on an E350 chassis will cost a lot more than a 24 foot Nexus on the same chassis. And the Nexus will have a lot more interior room.
It really isn't fair to compare them for they address different markets.
